At Conapto, our ambition is to consciously deliver top class services to our customers. An important part of that is our ISO certifications. They make sure we have our quality, routines and improvement processes in place.
In our latest customer evaluation, late 2018, we received great response in regard to our delivery quality. We are happy that our customers appreciate our quality but will never consider ourselves done improving.
As a part of that improvement, we have now renewed our ISO certifications. ISO 9001, concerning quality and management, ISO 14001 concerning environment and ISO 27001 concerning information security.

In addition, we have taken the next step towards delivering an overall customer experience in top class. Early February, we launched our new support and order portal where customers easily creates helpdesk issues or orders additional services such as Cross Connect, CloudHub and Intelligent Hands.
